Is egoHive another chat tool?
No. The fix is not another chat tool. It is giving AI your company’s information safely. egoHive works from the documents, email and records you connect, within the access rights you set, shows its sources, and digital employees do whole jobs such as status reports and budget comparisons.
Can we still use our AI tools?
Yes. You don’t need to give them up. egoHive includes its own AI, so you need no separate subscription for it.
How much work is it to start?
Connecting your files and email takes a few minutes. You don’t need IT staff to get started. egoHive works with Google Drive, OneDrive, email and calendars. More connections are under development, ask if something is missing from the list.

Ask, for example: “Summarise Anna’s latest project update.” egoHive combines replacement with codes, access rights and sending only what one task needs. Coded data remains personal data, and the customer stays responsible for its data protection obligations.
